Waiting
I love water. I cannot really fathom the idea of living in a landlocked place. Given the ginormous size of Lake Michigan, looking at it feels like staring at the ocean.
Another photograph taken this past Saturday morning. This one is a 90 second exposure.

This Old Barn
We spent this past weekend in Lexington, KY, to attend my cousin-in-law’s college graduation. One thing I love about Lexington is the landscape, with its rolling hills, horse stables and fences. It is just so different from the urban landscape that I am so accustomed to. I was therefore eager to go out and take some photographs in the countryside.
This was taken at the Talon Winery & Vineyard. I have always found it amazing how these old barns are still in usage despite their dilapidated look. I used my 10-stop filter to capture this. I was hoping it would turn out to look more dramatic, but unfortunately it was too bright (yes, even with a 10 stop filter), and the clouds were not moving fast enough.
